Needless to say, being caffeinated in Sydney is a good thing. Excellent coffee is one of the things the city prides itself on, so much so, Starbucks is difficult to find because locals simply don’t frequent the American coffee chain. That’s how good the coffee is with fast service and food only increases the experience.

The open deck and wide glass balcony allow for a panoramic view to take in the Sydney Harbor Bridge and the activity of the ferries and cruise ships on the water. If you sit in the lounge chairs closest to the glass railing you will even be able to fit in a slight view of the Sydney Opera House into your frame of vision as you sip on your Havana-inspired cocktail or glass wine from a selection of Australian or Latin vineyards.

Hot, Joz ve Loz is, but I wouldn’t expect anything less from the women behind this destination restaurant, especially in its new location. The restaurant moved to the Florentin, an artsy and edgy emerging neighborhood in the southern part of Tel Aviv, March 2015.
It is well worth the adventure journeying away from the action of Tel Aviv’s fashionable northern neighborhoods to dine at Joz ve Loz.
